Qualifications for the Scholarships

You must be a citizen or legal resident of one of the eligible nations or territories to be eligible for Government of Canada Scholarships.

Asia: Taiwan, Bangladesh, and Nepal; Europe: Turkey;

Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia are all countries in the Middle East and North Africa; Burkina Faso, Tanzani, Ghana, the Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Ethiopia, and Uganda are all in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Requirements for scholarship applications 

To be eligible, you must be enrolled full-time at a post-secondary institution in a qualifying nation or territory, paying tuition to that institution both at the time of application and throughout the exchange.
