The merit-based Boston University’s Merit Scholarships are awarded to deserving students. Students applying to BU who effectively and meaningfully speak out against injustices are given more weight. eligibility requirements
Although requirements differ for each grant, Boston University Merit Scholarship recipients typically:
5% of their high school class should be in the top Having demonstrated outstanding extracurricular accomplishments in their schools and communities.
ACT scores of at least 33 and SAT scores of at least 1500 (Not a necessary requirement)
All merit awards and other scholarships are open to qualifying non-citizens, permanent residents, and citizens of the United States.
How to Apply: Boston University’s full-time undergraduate degree programs are required of all applicants who want to take advantage of this opportunity. Candidates can then use the Coalition application or the Common Application to apply for the scholarship.
