The Huayu Enrichment Scholarship is a program offered by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. It provides scholarships for international students who are interested in studying Mandarin Chinese language courses at a university or college in Taiwan.

The scholarship is open to students who are 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or above, and are not citizens of Taiwan. The scholarship covers tuition fees, and also provides a monthly stipend to cover living expenses.

To apply for the scholarship, you must first find a university or college in Taiwan that offers Chinese language courses and is willing to accept Huayu scholarship students. You can then apply directly to the university or college, and also apply for the scholarship through the Taiwan Representative Office or other designated agency in your home country.

The application process usually starts in January or February each year, and the deadline for applications is typically in March or April. Successful applicants will be notified in June or July, and will be expected to start their studies in September or October of the same year.
